Our visiting dentist Dr. Paul Mulryan BDS Dip.Clin.Dent. provides all aspects of dental care with a special interest in conservative treatments and cosmetic dentistry. Regular dental visits are important to help keep your teeth and gums healthy. The Irish Dental Association recommends that you should have a regular dental visit every 6-12 months depending on your age and dental health.

Dr. Mulryan will do a thorough examination of your teeth, checking for signs of decay, cavities, gum recession, fractures, teeth grinding, oral cancer or any other abnormalities. If needed, he will take x-rays to see below the mouth and teeth surfaces. Dr. Mulryan will then determine if further treatment is necessary. Dr. Mulryan sees both adults and children patients.

Our advanced teeth whitening system will brighten your teeth with just 30 minutes a day. You are in complete control with our whitener; you can choose between day or night whitening to suit your schedule and you can stop whitening as soon as you are happy with the shade. Must be 18 years of age or older to whiten teeth.

With fillings, decayed tooth material is removed, cleaned and the cavity is filled with a white filling to restore the tooth’s shape and function. A white filling will be very discreet as it is similar in colour to your tooth’s colour.
Sealant (Fissure Sealant)
A sealant is a clear or tooth-coloured application of resin placed over the biting surface of the tooth to help prevent decay. This is most commonly placed on children’s teeth.
During an extraction routine, Dr. Mulryan will remove a certain tooth/teeth that is severely decayed, broken, loose or causing crowding. Local anesthetic is available to relieve the sensation of discomfort in a particular area.

A veneer is a thin porcelain, tooth-coloured “shell” or “cap” that is placed and bonded on a tooth to improve its appearance. Veneers can change the colour, shape, size or length of the tooth.
Crowns and Bridges
A crown is a porcelain or gold cover for a decayed, damaged, brittle, or discolored tooth. A bridge is a series of crowns (fixed to the teeth) that replaces missing teeth.
A removable appliance (prosthesis) made of plastic that replaces missing teeth. A partial denture can be made as well that replaces some of the teeth.
An implant is an artificial tooth that is implanted in the jaw bone to replace a tooth, hold a replacement tooth or bridge.
