Lingual means next to the tongue, these braces are placed on the inside of your teeth adjacent to the tongue.
These are more modern than the regular braces on the visible surface of the teeth and they require external laboratory work as this type of brace is manufactured specifically for each individual.
When the decision is made to select the Incognito brace, we take an impression of your teeth and send it to the Incognito laboratory which then begins to design a series of attachments and wires to fit your teeth and correct your bite.
They are 100% customised to you and invisible to others. These braces can achieve greater tooth movement than the removable invisible braces known as Invisalign or Clearstep.
They are sometimes indicated for people who professionally play wind instruments or are in the public eye on a regular basis.
